Certificate of compliance (COC)

A Certificate of Compliance (COC) is required when you want to sell your house. COCs older than two years are not accepted. Our electricians are equipped with the right qualifications to carry out the inspection. If all electrical installations are compliant to regulations, you will be issued with a COC. This document must be updated whenever an additional electrical installation is made to your property.
